# Scraye Advanced Rent — US

Scraye Advanced Rent is a rent-receivables purchase product for US landlords.
Scraye buys up to 12 months of a renter's future rent and pays the landlord
the discounted lump sum upfront — typically in 1 to 3 business days. The
renter continues paying rent monthly on their existing schedule. There is no
loan, no property collateral, no credit check on the landlord, and no APR.

Fees are a flat percentage of rent collected plus a fixed admin fee, disclosed
before signing. The product is launching in the United States in 2026,
